Zoning change and private lease will commercialize OUR public beach

Corporate control of Lake Worth
	*Expect* out-of town developers to control the casino, retail shops, pool, parking, picnic areas and boardwalk for 20+ years
	*Expect* developer to sublease or flip the lease contract

Huge buildings and chain stores
	*Expect* a building three times the current size
	*Expect* a building up to 60 feet high (the Lucerne building is 65 ft)
	*Expect* national chains to replace local merchants

Less Access/More Costs
	*Expect* only 39 decal parking spaces (and only along A1A)
	*Expect* to lose upper parking – tough on handicapped, elderly and parents with small children
	*Expect* higher parking fees and pool rates
	*Expect* boardwalk and pool to close during private events
